Available Workflows

When using the eProtein Discovery™ it is possible to choose between two different options:

Soluble Protein Workflow
Membrane Protein Workflow

The two workflow are mainly differentiated by the number of constructs that can be screened and the number of purified data points that can be obtained:

The soluble protein workflow tests 192 expression conditions, and selects the 30 best expressing conditions for purification.
The membrane protein workflow tests 88 conditions all the way through expression and purification
