Cloud Software Overview

The Nuclera Cloud Software supports the user in the design and execution of combinatorial protein expression experiments on the eProtein Discovery platform. On our fully integrated eProtein Discovery system the user can record: Sequences of interest. Use Alpha fold to generate protein variants, mutants, and truncated sequences. See the video here that walks through the use of Alpha Fold Constructs compatible with the Nuclera technology. Recipes for constructs expression and scale-up. Record a specific eGene construct (DNA) containing the sequences of the proteins of interest and the selection of the eProtein expression conditions.
