eProtein Discovery™ (Cloud) Software release​

Circular eGene™ construct design​

Circular eGene Construct design is now available, with a new method for codon optimization and complexity reporting (for circular eGene only), which enables the verification of the sequences ahead of ordering them.

Bug fixes​

  • Bugs in the construct filter during experiment design have been fixed.
  • Bug fixes in data analytics tab.

Data visualization​

Improvement on purification efficiency graph to aid readability.

Workflow releases: Membrane Protein Screen 1.0 and Soluble Protein Screen 6.0​

User-defined custom additive names in experimental set-up for both workflows​

It is now possible to customize the names (max. 20 characters) of any custom additives used as part of eProtein Discovery™ experiments created with both Membrane Protein Screen 1.0 and Soluble Protein Screen 6.0 workflows. This feature is only available for Cloud-connected systems.

User Interface improvement for both workflows​

The workflow finalization message now reminds users which reagent kit to use for the selected workflow.
